2026年9月29日（火）、中島俊（PI）、石井あずさ（研究員）、野島光希（研究員）が西川株式会社を訪問し、日本睡眠科学研究所および一般社団法人 Sleep Innovation Platformの取り組みについてお話を伺いました。

当日は、それぞれの活動についてご紹介いただくとともに、さまざまな意見交換を行いました。

On September 29, 2026, Shun Nakajima (PI), Azusa Ishii (Researcher), and Mitsuki Nojima (Researcher) visited Nishikawa Co., Ltd. and learned about the activities of the Japan Research Laboratory of Sleep Science and the Sleep Innovation Platform.

During the visit, we were introduced to their respective activities and exchanged views on various topics related to sleep.

We sincerely appreciate everyone at the Sleep Innovation Platform for taking the time to meet with us.

中島俊（PI）、野島光希（研究員）、前田詞緒（研究員）、新川瑶子（客員研究員）が、9月25日（金）に開催された日本認知・行動療法学会第52回大会のワークショップ「対人支援職の基本的なコミュニケーション」に登壇しました。

当日は多くの方にご参加いただき、演習やディスカッションを交えながら、参加者の皆さまとともに学びを深める貴重な機会となりました。

盛況のうちにワークショップを終えることができました。ご参加くださった皆さまに、心より御礼申し上げます。

Shun Nakajima (PI), Mitsuki Nojima (Researcher), Shio Maeda (Researcher), and Yoko Niikawa (Visiting Researcher) delivered a workshop titled “Basic Communication Skills for Helping Professionals” at the 52nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies.

The workshop welcomed many participants and provided a valuable opportunity to deepen our learning together through interactive exercises and discussions.

We sincerely thank everyone who participated and contributed to the success of the workshop.

中島俊（PI）、石井あずさ（研究員）、野島光希（研究員）が、2026年9月15日に岐阜メイツ睡眠クリニックを訪問してきました。今後実施する共同研究に向けて、筑波大学システム情報系准教授の善甫啓一先生や大学院生も同行しました。

今後の研究に向けた実地確認をさせていただき、併せて院内の紹介をしていただきました。研究に関するディスカッションも非常に盛り上がり、有意義な訪問となりました。この度の貴重な訪問の機会をいただきました岐阜メイツクリニックの皆様に、心より感謝申し上げます。

Title: Visit to Gifu Mates Sleep Clinic
On September 15, 2026, Shun Nakajima (Principal Investigator), Azusa Ishii (Researcher), and Koki Nojima (Researcher) visited Gifu Mates Sleep Clinic. They were accompanied by Associate Professor Keiichi Zempo of the Institute of Systems and Information Engineering at the University of Tsukuba, as well as graduate students, in preparation for an upcoming collaborative research project.

During the visit, the team toured the clinic and conducted an on-site assessment in preparation for the study. The visit also included lively discussions about the research, making it a highly meaningful visit. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone at Gifu Mates Sleep Clinic for this valuable opportunity.

2026年9月16日（水）、中島俊（PI）、石井あずさ（研究員）、野島光希（研究員）が岐阜大学を訪問しました。

当日は、岐阜大学の堀田亮先生、川上ちひろ先生と、それぞれの研究や今後の展望について幅広く意見交換をさせていただきました。さまざまな視点からディスカッションを行うことができ、今後の研究を考えるうえで大変有意義な機会となりました。この度の貴重な機会をいただきました堀田先生、川上先生に心より感謝申し上げます。

On September 15, 2026, Shun Nakajima (PI), Azusa Ishii and Mitsuki Nojima (Researcher) visited Gifu University.

During the visit, we had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Ryo Horita and Dr. Chihiro Kawakami and engage in fruitful discussions about our respective research activities and future directions. The exchange of ideas from diverse perspectives made the visit highly valuable and provided new insights for our future research. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Dr. Horita and Dr. Kawakami for their time and for this valuable opportunity.
